Northstar CONNECT is provided to approved stakeholders for legitimate project coordination and record access. Users must provide accurate information and use only records available to their assigned role.

Account responsibility

Do not share portal access or use another person’s identity. Notify Northstar promptly of unauthorized access, incorrect records, or a change in your relationship to a home or organization.

Documents and communications

Uploaded files and portal messages must relate to authorized Northstar work. Users remain responsible for the accuracy and rights associated with material they submit.
